Question: Travel statuses

The current status is displayed for every single travel. You can see this status on the Dashboard as well as on the Travel overview. Based on the status, you can see if action needs to be taken or whether a travel has been successfully completed.

• Incomplete: the travel or traveler information is incomplete.
• Awaiting: the travel has been submitted to Brisa and is awaiting receipt of the correct travel documents.
• Needs correction: the travel has been submitted, but a correction is needed. In the single travel you’ll find a notification of which information needs to be added or edited.
• Successful: the travel request has successfully been completed and travel documents are available.
