Question: How does Brisa handle notifications?
Brisa offers two types of notifications: in app notifications and email notifications. The in app notifications are displayed at the top right of the screen, next to the user profile. By clicking on a notification, you’ll be redirected to the specific travel.
Most common notifications:
- New travel
- Travel status has changed
- Employee has been assigned to a travel or traveler profile
- New messages
- New documents that have been uploaded to a travel
