Question: What type of personal data do you need to handle all requests?

To register an employee's travel, personal information of the employee is required. This information differs per type of document that is requested and per destination. Each destination has its own rules and requirements.

Some of the most common personal data required to apply for the various travel documents are:

  • Personal information like names, date of birth, address, and country of residence
  • Intended type of work
  • Travel and work dates
  • Information about the company the traveler is visiting
  • Insurance details

As soon as you have created a trip in Brisa, you can easily see which personal information needs to be provided for a single travel. This information can be uploaded by a manager, but it is also possible to give the employee access to upload their own standards.
